I’m responsible for the growth of the line of an organized retail chain of stores, telemarketing, wholesale and Tenders for the S.M.E. and large account Companies.
As Commercial Executive General Manager my role is to help business owners to create their businesses plan In addition to helping owners with the creation of their business objectives, also I take over the day-to-day operations. Some of the tasks which are completed by me are a business start-up, marketing strategy development, brand marketing and strategy, Pricing Methodology and strategy also I participated in setting-up the Company Strategy.
As a retail consultant, I help with business line start-ups. Also, I assist with items such as start-up budgets, business plans, and any other items that might be necessary to get a fledgeling business off the ground.
-Development of a marketing strategy (such as concept, layout, modules ….etc.) As many businesses struggle with devising ways to effectively market their business to prospective clients. I guide the business in creating a marketing plan that will generate a great jump for the business.
Also, I helped further in developing their brands by suggesting changes to the logos and slogan, new ways of using the brand or create an entirely new brand identity altogether. Sometimes, this can be the single most effective change a business can make.
In 2016 I was assigned to start the woodworks Company (as it was my own project presented to the board of Directors)
Looking after the sections and the controlling the stock level comparing to LY and make sure that the gross for the LY sales is achived, monitoring the margin level and compansait the same with the supplier....etc
Looking after the stores in terms of sales analysis, target, budget, .....etc

Key result Areas:
• Provide Administrative & semi technical support in all facets of retailing and marketing.
• Manage Showroom General Function (Marketing and promotions activities by reading the figures VS target and look into the stage strategy, Administrations, retail general activities and CRM (proposal of the SHUKRAN loyalty card)
• Lead Mall Managers team in order to maintain & augment the retail standards in the showrooms & standalone stores.
• Co-ordination & Supervision of Projects department for new properties development & monitoring renovations of the existing stores.
• Supervise customer service function in all showrooms.
• Liaison with relevant authorities for utilities & infrastructural service.
• Banking function & upkeep of POS machines & card terminals in terms of AD’s and tying up with Different Card issuers for Cross promotions.
• Synchronization with other functions in operations & marketing to ensure high retailing standards & consistent footfalls to business.
• Logistical support during mega tactical events & co-ordination with Warehouse for timely deliveries.
• Manage and Monitor expansions of the store and according to the same monitor the coverage of the marketing Medias and Advertising materials into the targeted Areas.
• Provide administrative & logistical support during staff welfare & entertainment initiatives & extra-curricular events.
• Managing all the marketing Events and deals from material of the collaterals to the hanging of collaterals, Ushers and even the marketing Messages.
• Make the Annual plane for Marketing with the Annual Budget and events estimation costs along with the marketing Manager.
• Evaluate all the marketing events to the sales and performance of the brand reported to the GM and COO.
• Propose the slightly Modification required for the Marketing Plan according to the Brand results and performance.
I was the comminication point between Distributer and outlets and the retail managment in Dubai
