the challenges within the different locations by leading and delivering digital transformation
projects, tools and solutions.

Establish baseline skills and training requirements for the C&I team.
Develop and manage the ABC LAN/WAN / Voice networks.

Develop and implement a risk-based IS audit strategy and objectives in compliance with general accepted standards as BS 7799 and KPMG approach.
Performing IT General Controls reviews to the clients, which involves evaluation the design and implementation and test the operating effectiveness of the following controls:

3. Program Development
4. Computer Operations
5. End-User Computing
Test Business Application Controls, which involves test the automated controls in the key applications supporting the business processes of a client. Mainly we test the following automated controls related to a business application:
1. System Access and Authorization.
2. System Interface.
3. Edit/Exception Reports.
4. System Configurations and Account Mapping.
Security review over various operating systems as OS/400 and MS Windows.
Providing advisory IT Audit services, which involve IT risks assessment and controls assessment.
Preparing management reports to management for the outcomes of the audits and other advisory services and provide recommendations.
Systems assurance and IT compliance services.
Performing IT due diligence reviews, which involve assessing and evaluating Target’s IT governance, network infrastructure, computer applications supporting business processes, reliance on IT and level of automation, IT general controls, IT strategic planning and projects, agreements with third parties and hardware inventory.
Preparing proposals and engagement letters for providing special advisory services.
Handling clients’ contacts and kick-off meetings to plan and arrange for the audits. As well as supervising and reviewing work performed by junior auditors.
