Handle all operations in import shipments (Seeds, Plants and packing material) and export shipments (ornamental plants and packing material if any).
Tracking shipments from departure up to arrival.
And any other tasks are related.

Job responsibilities :
•Comply with the company instructions in order to facilitate the work flow.
•Submit the weekly & monthly report to the logistics managers.
•Canvassing shipping declaration in accordance with line's instructions and cooperate with sale Team coordinator smoothly.
•Approach moderate /major clients and secure business smoothly.
•Responsible for the accomplishment of all documents which facilitate work flow with other departments.
•Apply the export & Import tariff and try to increase the profit margin for each trade in accordance to the market trends and competitor's reaction.
•Responsible for increasing the Company's customers & maintain customers data base on weekly basis and submit it to the manager.
•Send rate request form to export coordinator to facilitate the work flow.
•Dealing with phone inquiries & direct contact with customers.
•Identifying all customers with market trends and services that will be provided.
•Analysis market trends in order to provide an advantage service.
