- Formatting, and Repartitioning HDD.
- Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting Microsoft Operating system.
- Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting Software Applications (including activation, Antivirus update).
- Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting Multifunction Printers, and other devices on Microsoft Windows.
- Exchange server 2010 Administration.
- Active directory Administration (including users account creation, deletion, edit, reset, and unlock plus Managing mail distribution groups).
- NBX IP Phone server Administration (including assigning extensions, replacing names, assigning international outgoing calls code per request, preparing international call reports, calls forwarding, calls restrictions, feature buttons mapping, assigning hold music for external customer calls).
- GFI Mail security essentials Administration (including reviewing and releasing quarantined, spam mails per request).
- Juniper firewall Administration (including Adding, Editing policy elements).
- DHCP server Administration, reservation of static IP’s attached to the MAC address.
- Xerox WC 7535 and Konica C450 Multifunction printers and HP Design jet 500 (Plotter) Administration.
- Troubleshooting, solving wired and wireless network issues.
- Troubleshooting 3com IP (Manager, Business, and Basic) Telephones and showing to the user how to use the needed features.
- Software and Hardware testing.
- Microsoft Outlook configuration and troubleshooting.
- Providing remote assistance and support.
- Following up with Software Applications License renewal, applying new Licenses.
- Following up with Internet subscription and working on the renewal procedures.
- Following up with PC’s to be sent to the workshop and testing them after repairing is done.
- Performing the needed hardware upgrade to the PC’s upon request.
- Shutting down servers safely during electricity shorts in case UPS is out of charge.
- Working on Microsoft Partnership requirements.
- Some Graphics work (Adobe Photoshop CS6).
- Following up with assets, software, replaced parts purchases.
- Archiving old staff mailboxes for reference.
- Preparing the required assets for meetings and online sessions.
- Responsible for the storage media and providing the staff as needed.
- Responsible for the assets receiving and assigning them to the staff.
- Working parallel (if required) on more than one task to be available for the staff upon request.
- Responsible for Experience certificates (Design and contents).
- Translating occasionally when needed and trying to make technical issues simpler for staff understanding in case they need to know a specific issue.


Projects worked on:
• Kuwait FM Live Broadcast (On line stream)
- Channels: Quran, Kuwait FM 103.7, Main Station 89.5, Super Station 99.7
- Studying the project requirements, finding the suitable software to broadcast.
- Tested the broadcast internally then at the ministry of information.
- Designed different Advertisements for the project.
- Designed Banners for the site.
- Designed a Banner for each channel to be displayed in the media player while listening.
