Position : Projects Manager
Reporting to : GM
Reported from : Project managers, engineers, all construction and supporting staff and workers
Responsibilities:
Using the company organization departments (Technical office/Administration including HR/Financial including accounting, procurement, logistics and banking/Construction management and staff), my responsibilities could be summarized as follows:
1-General coordination with all company concerned parties to set targets and distribute responsibilities in coordination with GM.
2-Following up receiving all the projects’ documents from clients to be provided to construction teams and concerned parties on time.
3-Review the projects’ budgets and coordination with company concerned parties for all related issues.
4-Review and approve the projects’ preliminary time frames, schedules and their periodic updates for running projects.
5-Review and approve the organization charts as per projects’ requirements.
6-Assure the availability of all required members of the project management teams and staff.
7-Assure the availability of all required resources (materials/manpower/ equipment/sub-contractors) as planned for projects’ needs.
8-Assure the implementation of all standards as per projects’ contracts during all construction phases.
9-Follow up the updated projects’ status periodically compared to time schedule, budget and take the corrective actions if required to maintain company profit as budgeted.
10-Follow up the changes/variations in general and with special care to which will cause major impacts on projects time schedule and budget to take the necessary actions on time.
11-Prepare the periodic reporting regarding projects’ status to GM.
12-Assure proper periodic reporting by individual project management team to all concerned parties (Client/Consultant/Company).
13-Assure proper projects’ handing over up to standards and client satisfaction.
14-Assure the proper relations with client, consultants and all concerned parties to keep the company image and successful future business relations.
15-For in-house projects: follow up with designers and government concerned authorities to have the project documents to proceed to construction process in addition to all mentioned above.
Projects:
1/1: Al-Seef quarter development works in Dammam- 1.5 million m2 land development including sewers, water supply, storm water drainage, medium voltage, street lighting networks, earth and road work.
1/2: Al-Issa quarter development works / Hassa / 320 thousands m2 land development including sewers, water supply, medium voltage, street lighting networks, earth and road works.
1/3: Mutrafia power station-Jubail industrial area.
1/4: Alissa Commercial Center-Jeddah
1/5: Autostar Car Complex-Riyadh
1/6: ARAMCO camp & facilities-Khurais Gas plant-Khurais
1/7: Alissa Car complex - Riyadh
1/8: Al-Fanar quarter development works in Dammam- 650 thousands m2 land development including sewers, water supply, medium voltage, street lighting networks, earth and road work
1/9: SPC back up area and facilities-Industrial area 2-Dammam
Achievements: As a member of the company management
1- Increase the annual revenue by almost 90%.
2- Increase the individual executed project volume by 90%.
3- Add line of infra-structure projects in addition to building projects.

Responsibilities: (As Project Manager)
1-Receive, review and have a clear idea about all the project’s documents.
2-Review the project’s budget and be aware about its details, give comments if required to Projects Manager.
3-Prepare or review, if prepared by company, the project’s preliminary time frame, schedules and their periodic updates along project period.
4-Prepare or review, if prepared by company, the organization chart as per project’s requirements.
5-Assure the availability of all required members of the project management teams and staff.
6-Set targets and distribute responsibilities between project’s management team.
7-Plan and follow up the availability of all required resources (materials /manpower/ equipment/sub-contractors) as planned for project’s needs.
8-Manage the daily project operations.
9-Assure the implementation of all standards as per project’s contract during all construction phases.
10-Prepare the updated project’s status periodically compared to time schedule, budget and take the corrective actions if required.
11-Prepare the changes/variations to take the necessary actions on time.
12-Prepare the periodic reporting regarding project’s status to Projects Manager.
13-Prepare proper periodic project reports to all concerned parties (Client/Consultant/Company).
14-Managing proper project’s handing over up to standards and client satisfaction.
15-Handle the proper relations with client, consultants and all concerned parties in the project to keep the company image.
