• Successfully managing a high-pressure daily workload encompassing design development of all project elements, coordination with other departments, and progress reviews throughout all stages of the lifecycle
• Ensuring local and international design standards are adhered to, along with local regulatory authority/ECA requirements for the real estate sector

• Actively participating in meetings regarding design progress, construction quality and other relevant matters, and keeping minutes
• Professionally lead as project architect to initiate design progress, which include contribute in design workshops, managing the drawings of the structural, air-conditioning, heating, and ventilating, electrical, plumbing systems, and landscaping; examine schedules, timetable, and site progress reports.
• Provide leadership and represent as SAUDI BIN LADIN Company with vast senior managers at meeting as well as visits to supplier for material selection quality control confer technical issues and resolve the issues; organize work detail, layout plans, and presentations.
• Systemically organize working drawing, observe progress & co-ordinate with MEP, arrangement, other consultants, co-ordinate, and perform regular site visits & meetings with clients and different development authorities.
• Performs various projects coordination duties, programming, site analysis, scheduling and establishing project objectives; coordinates activities of all professional disciplines assigned to the project; assists in the identification of the client’s expectations for quality, price and schedule.

Third Saudi Makkah Holy Mosque Extension & related projects
• Collaborated with senior managers and participated in the full cycle of the design through all phases from design to construction of Makkah Holy Mosque Expansion Project (Shameyah), related projects and facilities which included service buildings, security buildings, new electrical substations, command centers to control the flow of traffic, security, and other services; the new design of the holy mosque allows to hold more than 3 million Muslim worshipers at a time.
• The New infrastructure will continue to seek improvements over the current infrastructure by eventually making it extremely easy for pilgrims to get in and out of the Haram Mosque with fewer difficulties.

• Major responsibilities contained architectural design, coordinated with disciplines & prepared of technical documents, managing a team of designers & coordinate various consultants and work streams under demanding deadlines, for the following projects:
o Masa’a Expansion Project (Makkah Holy Mosque), haram air-conditioning
o King Abdelaziz endowment towers,
o Environmental control for Makkah Holy Haram & water bottling project serving Holy mosque
o Hurghada international airport -terminal building, and Landside Facilities,
o Alriyadh Light rail
o Sulimania Hills
o Ajyad Pedestrian Bridge.
• Competently build CAD drawing, performed the role of special projects on space planning, conducted studies, structural analysis, design feasibility and other related architectural engineering issues.
• Adeptly designed and oversaw implementation of end-to-end integrated systems, as well as deliver architectural initiatives that derived revenue and improved efficiency in line with business strategy.
• Successfully conduct three months’ workshop with Perkins & Will to prepare conceptual design for the King Abdullah University (KAUST).
• Proven ability in producing concepts designs, client presentations, along with controlling and supervising the design team through to Tender Stage.
PROJECT: STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT: JEDDAH, KSA
• The Streetscape manual is designed to accompany a set of large-format plan drawings and sections for five assigned streets. The manual is to be used as a technical support document to guide the redevelopment of existing streets and the development of new streets in Jeddah. My role focus on producing all the working drawings of the assigned streets, in parallel coordination with Traffic & Urban planners, producing development sketches for all street related elements.
• Take part in special architectural design: Dishdaba Project, Sahl-Hashish, (Hurghada), New Giza Development Project (Cairo-Alexandria Road), PICO Real Estate Development (Cairo -Alex. Desert Road).
• Actively participated in various villas and residential units’ projects through different phases from concept design, design development, working drawings and shop drawings.
