Setting the supply chain strategy.
- Prepare the department's annual budget and comply with it.
- Manage supply risks and set suitable mitigation plans.
- Assuring that all processes go smoothly through Microsoft Dynamics
- Collaborate with the production team and monitor its achievements according to the production
plans and discuss the deviations and find solutions for these deviations.
- Collaborate with the sales team and monitor its achievements according to the agreed forecasts.
- Secure a sufficient stock of raw materials for the sales plans .
- Monitor the safety stock levels and find solutions for stagnant items.
- Revising for the day to day management of planning, purchasing, warehousing, and logistics
activities.
- Preparing and maintaining a customer delivery schedule and communicating with all relevant
departments.
- Manage warehouses and all related inventory control activities.
- Ensure the key supply chain KPIs are fulfilled.
Revising the work procedures and implementing suitable changes.
Set and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
- Prepare the department annual budget and comply with it through securing different providers with good prices & quality.
- Maintain optimal level of inventory within required budget and ensure its compliance to the supplies and forecasts.
- Manage supply risks and set suitable mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with production team and sales team to achieve Co. goals.
- Secure a sufficient stock of raw materials for the sales plans and being a part of sales optimization process.
- Monitor and coordinate all supply chain activities starting from Sales forecast through purchasing, material & production planning, warehousing to customer delivery.
- Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating with all relevant departments.
- Continual review of shipping and arrival dates.
- Manage warehouses and all related inventory control activities.
- Ensure the key supply chain KPIs are fulfilled.
Responsible for the following
- Prepare the annual forecast plan and send it to Zimmer in the shadow of Sales requirements.
- Facilitate and provide data to the sales team to prepare sales forecast and validate it with them.
- Manage all Sales orders and Tender deliveries.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to perform various strategies and coordinate with them to monitor all supply chain activities and resolve any issues that might arise.
- Making a follow-up between the forecast and the items issued from stores dept. to ensure that items consumption was manipulated as planned.
- Alarming the procurement dept. with items shortlists to assure that the supply of the items is at the needed time and qty.
- Held inventory evaluation meetings on a weekly and monthly basis with all stakeholders especially sales and operations
- Plan inventory levels in each branch, each location and execute all forecasting and planning programs
- Maintain an optimal level of inventory within the required budget and ensure its compliance to the supplies and forecasts.
- Finish the stagnant items Stocks
- Ensure the Planning KPI’s fulfillment.
Responsible for the following :
- Setting up the Annual Material and Production Budget
- Using SAP for material and production planning
- Setting up the Production Plans according to the Delivery Schedules of the customers taking in consideration maximizing the utilization of production lines
- Follow up the achievements of the production plans and organize the deliveries of the customers
- Discuss the deviations between the planned and the achieved Production with the Operation Dept. and find solutions for that deviations.
- Setting up the Material Requirements Plans (MRP) and assuring its match with the company policies and production needs .
- Making a follow up between the production and the materials issued from stores Dept. to ensure that Material Plans were manipulated as planned.
- Alarming the procurement dept. with Materials short lists to assure that the supply of the raw materials are at the needed time and qty., rearrange the production plans and delivery schedules in case of forced delays .
- Monitor the Stock levels to assure that it is located between the specified parameters.
- Making alarms to the sales Dept. for the inactive stock and contribute with them to find solutions .
- Making assure that the Planning Dept. KPIs are achieved
o Setting up the Annual Material Budget
o Setting up the Material Requirements Plans (MRP) and assuring its mach with the company policy.
o Setting up the Production Plans according to the Delivery Schedules of the customers and Material
Receivables.
o Follow up the achievements of the production plans and organize the deliveries of the customers
o Making a follow up between the production and the materials issued from stores department to
ensure that Material Plans were manipulated as planned.
o Preparing Materials short lists and discuss it with the procurement dept. to urge them to supply
the raw materials at the needed time or rearrange the production plans and delivery schedules in
case of forced delays .
o Revising the Transactions of the Materials and Final Stores.
o Monitor the Stock levels to assure that it is located between the specified parameters .
o Making assure that there is no inactive stocks at store and handle the plans of using the arising
ones which might occur due models that become obsolete .
o Revising the material requirement plan ( MRP ) according to the production schedules .
o Ensure the matching between the inventory transactions and the progress in the production plan
o Analyzing the material stock and delivery time in accordance to the production plan to avoid material shortage and production stoppage ) .
o Managing and revising the operations and activities of the raw material stores .
o Assuring that the Store operations are done according to Specified procedures
In order to match with ISO 9001 Standards .
o Maximizing the area usage of the Stores and the handling of the Materials.
o Assuring that the Production Needs and the Quality Dept. needs are met.
