Appointments with customers looking for a mortgage
Reviewing of existing customers and their mortgages
Calling customers who have expressed an interest in a mortgage and following up
Completing mortgage applications and helping customers complete them
Doing credit checks
Talking over any financial problems with customers if they are unable to get a mortgage
Completing relevant paperwork
Providing advice to customers
Organizing for relevant departments to assess properties in line with the mortgage applications
Discussing new products with existing customers at the end of their cut off period
Meeting and exceeding my targets.

Assisting clients with property sales and development
Preparing and Interpreting legal documents including listings and sales contracts
Providing legal, economic and market advice
Liaising with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors and pest controllers
Ensuring terms and conditions of agreements are met
Maintaining and liaising with clients
Coordinating property closings and overseeing document signing
Analysing market trends to determine competitive market prices
Ensuring that staff are motivated, monitored and measured in line with company
Targets and performance standards. Responsible for making sure that any gaps in
performance or quality are quickly identified and addressed. Producing accurate
reports on team performance for senior managers.
Presenting and selling company products and services to existing and potential clients. - Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and potential customers. - Representing the company in all Marketing events. - Maintaining a high level of customer.
