• Interface with my construction team and the Clients, including attending project
meetings.
• Ensure the correct application of the terms and conditions of the ongoing contracts.
• Monitoring of project resources identifying potential optimizations.
• Support the Procurement and Engineering Teams and manage material & drawings
delivery based on the project priorities & schedule
• Coordinate and manage the subcontractor’s activities and generates the SIMPOS plan to

2- Modification for the separator SEP 200 to change outlet from 4’ to 8’ and to be
applicable to add GLCC and Scrubber
3- 2 pipelines 5 & 8 km connecting between wells OMAR & ABDOS s to Petro Karim
It is EPC and turnkey project to build and install new offshore platform “PFM-C” Jacket with its boat landing, barge bumper & Top side facility (1055 ton ) in Gulf of Suez in a water depth of 25 m, adjacent to the existing platform PFM-B. In addition to lay a 10" * 1.3 km Pipeline from the new platform to the existing platform “Amal-A” Other required related topside modifications on both existing platforms A & B with 3000 “

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
• Control and monitor the site mobilization (Equipment, manpower and fabshop
readiness)
• Supervises and approves the development of PEP \[from construction point of view\], and
its implementation plus ensuring Lessons Learned are properly documented throughout
the life of the project including Project Close-out
• Liaise with the engineering & procurements for the material delivery to be matched
with the iso’s have been issued and the priorities
• Follow up & monitor the issuing of iso’s by engineering at head office in Sharjah to meet
the plane and priorities
• Reviews & approve method statements, TRA and provides comments related to piping
engineering designs
• plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective
plan to Timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan.
• Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to construction/
fabrication, and pre-commissioning facilities in conformance with project specifications,
Scope of Work, and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule.
• Monitor and report to Project Manager of project details, including progress, risks and
opportunities in a timely manner.
• Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented
• Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope
and schedule to all the team members.
• Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion for construction
• Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons
for less than satisfactory performance. Provide recommendations and institute
measures for improvement by Modification to operating procedures/work instructions.
• Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks
throughout the Company.
• Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.
Studying and checking contract documents related to the piping section
• Review and studying the budget assigned and planning stages and assuring that work is
completed on time and within budget
• Preparing the resources required (man power and equipment)
• Coordinating and monitoring the construction schedule for mentioned department with
other disciplines to insure that the schedule will be implemented and achieved without
delay
• Assuring that the works conducted is as per project quality and safety standards
• Directly in contact with the client to assure that all the obstacles and problems are
solved with the company standard
• Internal audits are conducted frequently to assure that construction work as per the
specification
• Providing the necessary technical advice for the overseen problems
• Establishing and effective reporting and monitoring system that comply with project

Identifying the priority areas and arranging the work to meet the schedule
The main job was EPC and turnkey project of SAS Project. Responsibilities
included all Subcontractor Construction duties and Follow up all Piping and
Piping Supports Construction activities, Daily report of piping erecting progress,
Controlling the subcontractor manpower, checking the Safety Procedure and
Material Tack-Off. Solving the field Construction Problems. Check & review the
piping test packs & punch list, Witnesses for all Piping Pneumatic & Hydrostatic
test, Clear punch items & Reinstatement, modifications. Checking isometric
DWG`s, procedures & design for Under and Above ground pipes according to
pipe Project Specifications & Standard Code (ASME B31.3 & ADCO
specification), Reviews method statements, TRA and provides comments related
to piping engineering designs
Project Description : increasing the plant capacity to produce 25, 000BBL/D oil & 70 MMSCF/D by
upgrading the onshore plant & offshore platforms :
Offshore Activities
A-Installing new four subsea P/L as follows including:
1- 24” subsea producing P/L “Total length 16.5 Km”.
2- 4” gas lift P/L between Amal A & on shore facilities piggybacked to the 24”
line.
3- 8” subsea inter connecting production P/L “Total length 1.3 Km” between the
two platforms.
4- 4” water injection subsea inter connecting P/L between the two platforms”
Total length 1.3 Km”. Also supervising fabrication & installation activities “on
PMS 12 barge” of sea P/L riser’s spools, riser’s spools clamps & spools
required for new pipelines tie-in to exist facilities. 5- Fabrication &
installation of P/L risers & riser’s clamps using PMS-12. 6- Fabrication &
installtion of P/L spool pieces & closing spools using PMS-May
B- New deck extension for existing PFM -A:
• Fabrication & installation of new deck extension at main & lower decks
supported to existing platform piles, as it was designed to contains the top
side facilities that is 24” producing P/L pig launcher, 4” gas lift P/L pig
receiver, 8” producing P/L pig receiver & 4” water injection P/L pig launcher
& also all connecting piping, also it was done using PMS-12.
• Fabrication & installation of new deck extension sea fastening beams to PMS-

• Also it was designed to contain new production & test headers, as it was
resized to handle the new expected producing rates
Onshore Activities
Extension for the existing onshore plant, by installing
1-New 2 oil metering tanks with Max. capacity 15, 000 BBL
2- New vessels & equipment such as slug catcher, HP scrubber, HP flare, new utility
& instrument air compressors & receivers etc...
3- Install 16" x 10 km Gas Export U/G pipeline Carbon steel API X-65 from GOSP to
GUPCO U-104
