Review of the contractor’s project schedule and estimates resource and material requirements; maintain respective planning and scheduling updates throughout the life of the project.
Work closely with project administrators and to prepare reports detailing project costs, progress, risks and opportunities for review by senior management.
Supervise office staff for all administrative works that include processing and reviewing of progress payments for contractors.
Monitor project budget and schedule and check project plans and drawings to verify conformity.
Analyze and recommend changes to contracts and prepare necessary amendments in contract document.
Resolve all customer questions within required timeframe and provide assistance to all customers and monitor all proactive activities.
