◆ Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all group’s personnel.
◆ Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
◆ Participates in Planning, organizing and controlling all activities of the department.
◆ Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures.
◆ Prepares and maintains circulars and internal communication.
◆ Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, information activities program and cash flow.
◆ Establishes and maintains department records and reports such as Termination, Resignation, Warning Letters sick leaves, permissions, salary certificates …etc.
◆ Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, such as seminars.
◆ Maintains organizational charts and employee directory.
◆ Ensures compliance with all local employment laws.
◆ Updates the HR System with all relevant employee information.
◆ Arrange for Car, Petro net Card and Mobile for new employees according to their offer letters for BIG and its subsidiaries.
◆ Coordinate and cooperate with the Sponsorship Unit regarding renewal, transfer and cancellation of residencies, Civil ID’s and other related issues pertaining to all employees for BIG and its subsidiaries.
◆ Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety & Environment
◆ Assisting in Internal Audit.
◆ Conduct exit interviews and record and intimate the concerned parties on findings.
◆ Prepare Payroll/ Indemnity/ Leaves.
◆ Prepare and finalize the Employment Process of new comers (salary proposal, contract, medical, etc.)
◆ Ensure Payroll execution in an accurate and timely manner.
◆ Manage all Employees Records and Administer Benefits according to the company internal policies.
◆ Handle all the separation process and exit formalities.
◆ Salary surveys & salary review process.
◆ Handle all internal communication related matters.

3- Follow-up and prepare the documents to finalize the salaries certification for the company from the Ministry of Social Affairs.
4- Preparing Employees’ offers And contracts.
5- Prepare Payroll/ Indemnity/ Leaves Using SAP system.
6- Register the employees in SAP system
7- Register Kuwaiti employees in Social Security program.
8- Register employees in the health Insurance system.
9- Open bank accounts for the Employees.
10- Involve in solving employees matters, With co-operation between the Parties( Employee, Manager, Top Management).
11- Being a part of applying and Implementing policies.
