Responsibilities:
Establish a cost control system from scratch including all documents and reports related to cost management (Coding system, Cash Flow, budgeting, Track (invoices, Interim payment certificates (IPCS), back-charges...), provide an analytical interpretation of cost information in relation to progress/earned value/change/risk.....etc.

*Preparing Manpower, PMV, Overtime and Productivity Reports and Review with the latest CTC study.
*Preparing Provision reports and Cost value reconciliation report (CVR) in order to monitor and measure expenditures against budget.
*Review Purchase orders, bid summary (comparison sheets) vs budget.
*Study and understand all relevant project documents relating to the cost management of allocated project.
*Interface with accounting, procurement, engineering, Construction, Personnel and other groups.
*Provide analytical interpretation of cost information in relation to progress/earned value/change/risk in coordination with the Planning team.
*Assisting Project Management in identifying and gaining approval of, variations and change orders.
*Contribute in managing the budget control process, analysis and reporting of the project overall cost.

*Study and understand all relevant project documents relating to the cost management of allocated project.
*Interface with accounting, procurement, engineering, Construction, Personnel and other groups.
*Provide analytical interpretation of cost information in relation to progress/earned value/change/risk in coordination with the Planning team.
*Review project man-hours and the allocation of man-hours, in conjunction with planning on a weekly basis.
*Assisting Project Management in identifying and gaining approval of, variations and change orders.
*Contribute in managing the budget control process, analysis and reporting of the project overall cost.
*Producing monthly cost reports and advising management promptly of any forecast cost over/under run with recommendation for corrective plan.

*Quantity surveying for all structural items.
*Preparation and follow up approval of interim invoices (monthly).
*Reviewing and approval of Subcontractors invoices.
*Seek to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
*Keep track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs and create reports to show profitability.
*Read and revision of contracts.
*Analysing completed work and arranging payment to sub-contractors.
*site visit, assessment and projection for future work.
*Cooperating with technical office.
