Responsible for the Manufacturing processes in production work canters in all production lines in the Production Department.
Works on achieving the job order and plan adherence (100%) with minimize waste, decrease minor stoppage and decrease labor absence.
Manage the distribution of the operators according the vacancies found in the different production work canters.
Applying the Lean & Six sigma concepts to improve the quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the causes of defects and minimizing variability in manufacturing processes.
Work on achieving the maximum capacities for all production lines and Increase productivity with decrease minor stoppage and identify all lines bottlenecks and work to solve it.
Work on Improve all lines cleaning by training labors.
Effective process control reports with availability of all reports on the production line.
Review and Update the S.O.P. (Standard Operating Procedures) of the machines in all production lines.
Train and supervise a lot of new production engineers.
Troubleshoot and resolve operations issue.
Participated in the beginning of the operation and installation of four production lines for famous products
