- Accomplished a complete Master Plan and detailed Infrastructure Plan in association with Cairo University and other consulting firms.
- Guided the preparation of development guidelines and investor's guide in coordination with the SCZone Authority.
- Created and implemented an aggressive marketing and promotional plan resulting in signing development contracts for 19 million Km2 (95% of the total land) in 3 years.
- Conducted high-level negotiations with mega developers and investors resulting in signing contracts with several billion USD Foreign Direct Investments.
Responsible for benchmarking and setting the development strategies, policies and procedures in addition to Investment attraction for the Suez Canal Economic Zone in Sokhna.
Achievements:
- Successfully completed the full project preliminary studies including a market study, business plan and strategic framework in association with AECOM - UK.
- Effectively participated in creating and implementing an intensive investment attraction plan.
- Finalized the engineering and environmental codes and development regulations.
- Accomplished a utilities connection plan and signed contracts with utilities providers.
- General Supervision for construction of the SCZone Investor's Service Building in Sokhna.
Responsible for Vodafone & Huawei Projects, including all civil works and RF equipment installations for GSM sites (Rooftop, Greenfield, Monopole, Palm tree, Guyed towers, micro sites and camouflaged sites).

Responsible for the civil and finishing works of : International terminal, Domestic terminal, Air traffic control building, Energy center building, Control Tower, and all associate utilities and infrastructure works for 11KV electricity ring main, Water and fire networks, drainage network, Storm water underground tanks & Micro tunneling under the runway.
Technical Engineer, for telecom projects civil works including telecommunication towers, equipment installation, equipment cabins, and accessories for sealing the cabins openings.
