June 2011:till now work in SEUZ CANAL CONTAIINERS TERMINAL (SCCT) as Cargo control coordinator (operations planning)
o Receive all operational requests from customer (shipping line)
o Plan and follow loading and discharging procedures
o Prepare all cargo operations process on terminal operation system
o Monitoring and following operation system and ensure everything is running as planned and as customer request.
o Preparing reports about operation performance and final daily results.
o Handling customer claims about all operations process.
o Prepare financial operational reports as per customer agreement as first step to issue the invoices.
o Ensure efficient and highly productive planning with due consideration to the vessel stability and safety under load and discharge.
o Follow up vessel stability and safety under discharge and load criteria and whether discharge intended and load plan meets those criteria.
o Represent operations department with shipping lines and vessels
Jan2011: June 2011 work in commercial department in China ocean shipping company (COSCO)
o Responsible for import shipment as commercial wise
o Follow up upcoming vessels and all import shipment and prepare all manifests to send to customs authority
o Issue delivery order for customers to receive their shipments after complete all required papers and fees
o Handle all commercial matters with customers like storage, demurrage ocean freight and all another fees
o Issue terminal gate in and out orders for line containers and follow it on daily base
2009-2010: Work in (Eurotex for Garments) as a logistic planner
o Follow the purchase orders for raw materials (buy, shipping till using in production)
o Establishing a new following up system
o Working in structuring a new software system for the factory (responsible for planning module)
o Responsible for loading the capacity for production lines with best time consumption in JIT (just in time) system
o Negotiate and follow orders delivery dates and ensure to finish all process on time
o Secure production capacity and follow all production reports to ensure the deadlines and quality requirements are followed as planned.
