- Source potential candidates through TBTD’s recruitment channels
- communicating with the sourcing channels and service providers
- Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of the efficiency of existing sourcing channels propose any adjustments if needed.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Foster long-term relationships with applicants and potential candidates to deliver
- Active participation in initiatives owned by the Talent Acquisition function including but not limited to Candidate Experience, Job Descriptions Creation and exit interviews, analysis
- Updating the Org charts monthly for all departments & reviewing the manpower plan monthly with the Compensation & benefits team
- Managing the induction program
- Create and follow up on the PO's related to the recruitment department (SAP User)
- Handling all recruitments reports
- Managing all the Tracking reports related to recruitment department activities to make sure that it's fully updated
- Responsible for the End to End internal recruitment process in Forasna
- Recommend Job Seekers profile for our clients and guarantee Customer’s satisfaction
- Send the Shortlist candidate to Forasna Client as per the job Requirements after the
Screening/Phone Interview Process
- Provide Online Recruitment solutions and tips for Job Seekers
- Help Forasna’s Client with the job Analysis by assisting them with the
- Distribute the team's monthly targets, track the team's targets and make sure that they are working on the right plan to achieve it.
