This was done in an Entrepreneurship class. September 2011–April 2012 Implemented Industrial Engineering methodologies to a textile manufacturing company throughout the Capstone Project. - Ergonomic tools were used to increase productivity of labor. - Applied ANOVA to determine significant factors during the production processes. - EOQ method and ABC analysis were used to control inventory. January 2011– April 2011 Six Sigma tools were used to improve the Gravity Micro-Drilling process that took place in the Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Research department. September 2010 – December 2010 Minimized inventory levels and costs at Rotalec Inc. and determined the optimal inventory levels and replenishment frequencies. January 2010- April 2010 Improved the process flow and eliminated waste at CU Manufacturing by applying Lean techniques.
