Managing and directing electrical team for power generation, chemical and cement production line PM,
training, troubleshooting, power saving and improvement of reliability and availability
• Managing all health& safety, and regulatory requirements
• Preparation of HV/MV/LV power systems annual budget and investments
• PM and troubleshooting activities on a wide range of large scale cement plants electrical systems
(Generators, Switch gears, Transformers, Protection relays, MV/LV cables, AC drives, ESP system, MCC
rooms, Utilities, DC, Heat trace system, Control panels, Compressors, emergency diesel generator, PLC,
Instrumentations, UPS’s, Batteries and distribution systems, PFC, I/O’s)
• Responsibility for reliable operation of (Power generation, chemical plants, Cement Plants, Crushers,
Heavy oil fuel plants and Water treatment plants)
• Familiar with ETAP software for power system calculations
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy and waste heat recovery systems
• Providing technical advice and guidance on all related industrial plants electrical systems activities
• Commissioning and troubleshooting of control and protection systems / devices for new & live
substations
• Ensure the correct functionality of the systems / devices in accordance with the specifications and the
scope
• Monitoring Progress across the project construction and regular reporting on progress of the project
• Ensuring quality standards are met
• Conduct Performance Guarantee Tests (PGT’s) and hand over the systems / devices to the customer
• Proactive coordination and reporting with the department management (technical, organizational)
• Active support for the project manager related to costs, resources, time schedules, support management
• Local contact person for consultants, main contractors, local contractors

• Coordination with site managers for interface with other equipment (primary, auxiliary system etc.)
• Presence during meetings with customer / if required - negotiations and discussion with customer
• Reporting like PM maintenance, daily log, weekly report, monthly report and annual report
• Short term scheduling of activities in cooperation with the responsible person
• Interact with technical experts and design course content
• Document and maintain all training processes and issues
Job responsibilities
• Participate construction, commissioning and O/M of steam turbine power plant of 45 MW
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and MCC panels for heavy oil and boiler plants
• Maintenance and troubleshooting and pm of cathodic protection system
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of emergency diesel generator
• Commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of AC drives (ABB, Siemens, Schneider, etc, )
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of MV switch gears and motors (power, control, protection)
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of MV diesel generator Cummins (power, control, protection)
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of motorized valves.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of overhead cranes up to 50 tons
• Preparation and execution the preventive maintenance of HV and LV electrical systems

• Commissioning of control and protection circuits for electrical submersible pump ESP squirrel cage
induction motors
• Commissioning and maintenance of low voltage diesel generator 250KW, 400VAC
