Power Supply Subsystem Scope in the Project

1- Design, Construction, Testing & Commissioning of 3 (MPS )Main power stations
2- Design, Construction, Testing & Commissioning of Metro red line extension
8 new traction power Station + Switching room including the followings for each stations
3- Design, Construction, testing and commissioning of Enhancement for existing Red & green line Metro
4- Enhancement of traction power and LV systems for DEPOTS of existing red and green line metro
- Rashidiyah depots
- Jebel Ali depots
- AlQusais depot
Area of Responsibility
• Plans and manages to complete execution of scope, in line with Contract requirements.
• Design for Quality Review Cycle (DFQ) GR (Gate Review) GO ON TIME and (GR)Gate Review
ON TIME
• Leads a Project team, including Core team and internal and external partners Project Managers in line with the project structure.
• Ensures completion of Project Performance goals to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Represents Alstom towards Customers and when applicable external stakeholders
• Ensures optimal quality of project execution and reviews.
• Ensures that critical project aspects are identified in project reviews and proactively/professionally addressed and followed up.
• Makes sure that key project stakeholders are aligned towards project goals
• Accountable for the proper implementation of the Alstom EHS policy within the project.
• Reports to senior management, with transparency, the actual situation of the project and its key KPIs, during the monthly/business/sector project reviews.
• Proactively managing issues and risks.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams.
• Estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of project to the scope and constraints.
• Delivers projects within the constraints of scope, time and cost to agreed levels of quality, within the organization’s project management framework.
• Defines, documents and manages projects with minimal supervision, working with multiple teams that may have differing priorities and working/cultural practices.
• Actively participates in all phases of the project or specific phases of larger projects. Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project.

Dubai metro project route 2020 for the following scope of work
1-Tie in for connection between New and existing metro red line
2-Emirates tower traction power station
3-Abu hail traction power station
4-New MPS5 connection with existing MV Metro 33kv network through 4 circuits
5-New MPS4 connection with existing MV Metro network through 4 circuits
6-5 stations BRU to be converted to HESOP system.

Suppliers and Subcontractor Management
Macro and Micro Coordination, workshops ensuring alignment for QCD targets
Achievements :
-Scope completed in very smooth way and ahead of schedules by witness of all stakeholders although all difficulties .
-Selected by HR as talent manager and assigned for Leadership development program from HEC pairs university (M3 Mid MEA management ) which is completed on March 2019

Achievements:
All substations energized in time without any delay and project handed over
High yearly evaluation by different Managers during 7 years followed by special appreciation letter from higher management for problem solving
Famous by working in fast track projects and under crisis by witness of all stakeholders
I got PMP certification from PMI which was good achievement for the next step development in my carrier

Responsible as a site manager and project manager for the following substations, further to support for Technical office .

1-Elathy substation (66/11kv)
2-Shoubrakhet substation (66/11kv)
3-Abnoub substation (66/11kv)
4-Abouteg substation (66/11kv)
5- Dayrout substation (66/11kv)

Achievements:
- All substations energized in time without any delay and project handed over
- Assigned to Manage 3 substations in parallel in Asyout city which was huge trust from management and result of good development in the filed after second project completion
- The learning curve was very high from year to year .
