Area of Responsibility
• Plans and manages to complete execution of scope, in line with Contract requirements.
• Design for Quality Review Cycle (DFQ) GR (Gate Review) GO ON TIME and (GR)Gate Review
ON TIME
• Leads a Project team, including Core team and internal and external partners Project Managers in line with the project structure.
• Ensures completion of Project Performance goals to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Represents Alstom towards Customers and when applicable external stakeholders
• Ensures optimal quality of project execution and reviews.
• Ensures that critical project aspects are identified in project reviews and proactively/professionally addressed and followed up.
• Makes sure that key project stakeholders are aligned towards project goals
• Accountable for the proper implementation of the Alstom EHS policy within the project.
• Reports to senior management, with transparency, the actual situation of the project and its key KPIs, during the monthly/business/sector project reviews.
• Proactively managing issues and risks.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams.
• Estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of project to the scope and constraints.
• Delivers projects within the constraints of scope, time and cost to agreed levels of quality, within the organization’s project management framework.
• Defines, documents and manages projects with minimal supervision, working with multiple teams that may have differing priorities and working/cultural practices.
• Actively participates in all phases of the project or specific phases of larger projects. Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project.
