Monitoring & keep updating with regulatory requirements & accounting/reporting principals in the countries that GIC is/will operate in.
Intensive, sold background and experience in corporate finance, able to prepare feasibility study, business plan, financial due diligence and valuations based on the common scientific methods e.g: DCF, NAV, Market Multiple
Prepare assessment reports and/or any other relevant reports might be utilized on the strategic targets.
Participate in accomplishing & monitoring due diligence processes, requirements, framework, timeline and evaluate outcomes of such reports in different stages.
Conducts and documents complex financial analysis in terms of actual & projected targets' performance, prepare commentary reports/executive management reports as needed
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
Responsible for record entries (Receivable - GL).
Preparing Financial Reporting (Oracle base - FSG reports).
Clearance of all suspense accounts.
Control Unpayment Invoices, prepare aging of receivables.
Contact personally with all of Banks inside & Outside of Egypt.
Review daily Funds & Shares with all our Investment.
Reconcile all Allianz Investment instruments in/out of Egypt Monthly, with recommendation to improve the return of investments.
Issue daily payables checks.
Preparing Statements of account to the Clients as required.
Settlement Premium on technical system (IMS and reconcile the settlements with oracle).
Participating in Develop & Update Accounting System, prepare a intermediate system to migrate data from technical system (IMS) to financial system (oracle)
Processing technical policy issuing, endorsements and renewals of individual life policies.
Processing policy replacement, cancellation, surrenders and all policy transactions.
Liaison with Financial Department and IT Department to follow up the settlement of credit card and direct debit files.
Handling all cash\check settlement problems.
Produce daily production report as required.
Providing technical support to the Customer Service Department.
Supporting the Direct team supervisor in any other tasks\ projects as needed.
Preparing and present projects and presentations.
Leading the back office transaction area.

Liaison with the government to extract salvations for the goods (chemical liquids & equipments).

Inventory the stored in a weakly basis & contact with Alex Branch & portsaid Branch to deliver the chemicals.
Send monthly report to the head office & prepare invoices to GAPCO.
Providing technical support to the Mud Engineer in the rig.
Prepare & Control the budget to comply with management vision & the warehouse’s needs (review the deviations on monthly basis)
