• The inspection activities covers all the stages right for develop / review / approval of QA / QC plan, welder / welding procedure qualification, material identification, cutting & rolling lay-out profile check, visual dimension fit-up alignment check, welding and NDT final pressure testing, surface preparation, painting shipment inspection and review of documents .
• Review of final dossier for tanks, A/G, U/G pipe lines & etc. before submission to commissioning dept. which includes approved construction drawing, bottom laying inspection report, material identification / review report, welding qualification record, shell erection inspection report, NDT - report, roof joint inspection report nozzle orientation inspection report, final visual / dimensional inspection report, water filling test report / sand blasting inspection report, painting inspection report, spark test inspection report tank miscellaneous inspection report.
• Responsible for update of quality assurance program and related procedure and obtaining approval from company .
• Responsible for conducting the internal audits as planned intervals to determine whether ( QMS ) quality management system confirms to the planned arrangements to the requirements of this internal std. and to the quality management system required by the organization is effectively implemented and maintained .
• Responsible for coordinating with PQM during third party auditing at site office .
• Final audit to contractor & subcontractor area to verify the implementation of quality system .
• Responsible for QA / QC implementation, inspection and testing of equipments, A/G piping utilities .
• Perform inspection for leveling & alignment ( vertically & horizontally ) check for static equipment ( vertical & horizontal ) vessel, drums re-heaters, flare stack.
• Inspection for leveling & alignment check for rotary equipment ( compressor, gas turbine, pumps ) .
