•Manage leave and overtime to ensure the efficiency of the team and assist subordinates in resolution of any problems, discrepancies, and inquiries
•Ensure on time deliveries as per contracts/agreed schedule to avoid any related penalty.
•Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to top management.
•Coordinate with Insurance department to secure insurance coverage for shipments by prepare the necessary documents
