● Provides consultation to the management and business units on Human Resource related issues in addition to the coordination and execution of HR strategies that support the bank restructure & enable the management to achieve their business goals

● Ensures proper manpower activities are aligned to support whole Business plan.

● Ensures proper implementation of Performance Management System, Monitors and recommends methods to enhance the Performance Management System

● Oversees the implementation of the performance management cycle to ensure that business objectives are achieved

● Provides thought leadership and project support for various talent management initiatives and ad hoc projects, as needed, e.g. organization design, performance management, workforce planning, talent development, etc



● Creates and maintains relationship with the HR centers of excellence to ensure that agreed levels of effective service are delivered

● Work on formulation of headcount movements on a Weekly/Bi-monthly basis & act mainly as a maker for the process which includes receiving the transfer requisitions forms, verifying its applicability, and finally communicating it to HR operations team for execution, and having an on-going report of all moves of Headcount

● Liaise with recruitment team in; receiving salary proofs and verifying it through the agreed upon channels, the offering phase and the on boarding phase, in addition to using hands on experience to help in the planning phase of the offer

● Formulate bi-monthly data base reports on new hires, internal moves and resignations, also conduct exit interview for voluntary leavers and attach it to a monthly MI to have a clear view on the reasons of exits

● Monthly follow up on the training plan, and reporting the implementation progress in the monthly MI, to be reported to Head of HR & the Sector Head.

● Formulate semi-annually salary analysis report on assigned business to result with actual salary scale on each position/grade through partnering with payroll team and view all variances. Moreover attach the total cost of payroll per department in the monthly MI

● Receive sampling score cards of performance discussions and reflect it on graphical and scoring reports of the assessed managers, and later compare the progress with next sampling scorecard.
