Raising any changes within contract documents

with cost and time variation along with supported

documents

Raising any discrepancy between tender and post

tender documents and authority regulation

Liaison with authorities, consultants and

clients for drawing and inspection approvals

Reviewing of low voltage, life and fire safety, control,

BMS and extra low voltage systems including all

relevant calculations prior to official submission

Reviewing submittals, drawings and other engineering

documents prior to official submission to ensure

compliance with contract documents, authority

regulations and project cost

• Supervising construction, pre commissioning and commissioning activities
• Ensure the work done is as per project specification and requirement
• Conducing material and site inspections in the presence of consultant and authorities
