SENIOR HR SPECIALIST
Al Wazzan Educational Services Company MAY 2016 - PRESENT
• Develop and update company’s policies and procedures, Standard operating procedures, various HR Manuals such as Staff Handbook, Information Handbooks.
• Develop KPI’s and objectives to execute Performance Appraisal evaluations.
• Review evaluations to align with company reward and recognition schemes in the form of Promotions, Incentives, Benefits and succession plans.
• Perform market study to analyze and develop competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Collaborate and facilitate core trainings including inductions, Conferences and workshops.
• Coordinate and communicate training initiatives with relevant teams
• Identify potential internal talents to develop and partner in coaching others.
• Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback on training initiatives to embed the learning objectives.
• Identify skills gaps to recommend training priorities.
• Prepare on-boarding Orientation Program to new hires in collaboration with Managers.
• Closely collaborate with the Learning & Development team to align on the learning vision and its delivery.
• Develop and Update Organizational Charts, Departmental structures, Workflows and Line of Responsibility Matrix.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Support the Department in the implementation of recruitment objectives.
•Utilize Online recruitment services (Job postings), Job Portals, Forums, Local websites, Agencies to attract and source applicant.

•Generate weekly/monthly recruitment reports to the management.

•Successful mobilization of manpower including Project manager, Engineers & technical staff in a month's time to the Project site office in Kuwait.
•Implemented Work Visa and Residence tracking system using MS-Excel.
•Presented monthly PowerPoint presentation on HR Reports which included updates on Recruitment, Residencies, Employee of the Month and Social media activity.
•Received Bonus and Appreciation Certificate -for excellent and consistent Performance in Recruitment and Employee relations.
