Driver
Assists in all general inquires concerning labor and immigration matters.
Act as a personal driver of the General Manager of the Company
Collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed.
Making payments to the hotels
Preparing monthly reports
Depositing cash checks credit card immigration to the bank
Collecting payment for hotel bookings
Collecting guests’ payments (cash or credit card)
Responsible for all car maintenance, salik’s fines and yearly renewal
Trained a new driver for his duty responsibility
Schedule staff’s visa, medical, coordinating with other internal and external departments.
Collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed.
Organize visas for holiday and business related travel for managers as required.
Responding to staff queries on Visa/ Labor/ Passport related matters.
Ensure all visa, medical and labour permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
