Responsible for Banking and commercial projects.
• Prepare requisition to procurement team and match the order with the supplier
quote.
• Prepare customer invoice to finance team upon receiving delivery notes of the
required items as per the customer purchase order.
• Upload and update the Project's plan with the actual cost and revenue.
• Prepare all documents needed for warranty certificate for all closed projects
upon PMs' confirmation.
• Assisting and supporting the Project Manager in their daily duties.
• Directing Quality Assurance.
