▪ Organize necessary filing and archiving of documents
▪ Responsible for preserving and maintaining confidentiality of document management activities
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings
