Duties & Responsibilities:
Design and prepare shop drawings of the following:
Internal Network Designing (Drainage, Domestic Network / Potable Network, Chilled Pipe Network).
External Network Designing (Drainage, Domestic Network / Potable Network, Chilled Pipe Network).
Building Services coordination system.
Builders work drawings (Slab & Wall openings for drainage network and domestic water supply system and HVAC reservations).
HVAC computation and Layouting.
MEP shop drawings & coordination layouts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Design and prepare shop drawings of the following:
Underground concrete water tank chamber pipe penetration layouts
Underground concrete water tank chamber technical room layouts, pipes hanger's and support details.
Domestic & Hot Water supply System.
Drainage System with slope levels.
External services coordination system and setting out plans for services.
Underground coordination layouts and sections.
Typical Sections and Connection details of plumbing appliances like Water Closet, Wash Basins, Bidets, Sinks, Faucets.
Builders work drawings (Slab & Wall openings for drainage network and domestic water supply system).
MEP shop drawings & coordination layouts.
Layout of Utility services for construction.
Road and utility Sections.
Road Levelling, Irrigation, Sewerage, Storm, LV, MV, Feature Lighting and Street Lighting respectively.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Invest own small business and Manage Operation.

Technical expertise or knowledge of Troubleshooting Pc hardwares and Softwares and repair.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Produce list of drawings for released/dispatched.
Design and prepare CAD Layouts, preliminary, tender and construction drawings, and engineering details.
Undertake allocated CAD production and other technical work tasks and agreed to a given deadlines, company standards is applied and in accordance with the project plan.
Determines design parameters that meet the criteria given in design manuals and standard drawings.
Check all aspects of CAD drawings such as drafting standards and corrections of computations.
Imports and exports data between survey sources, Excel spreadsheets, and other AutoCAD related softwares.
Coordination with other disciplines.
Coordinate heads and co-workers in updating newly approved shop drawing based from revisions and suggestions.
Design and locate setting out of building to google earth and prepare and establish coordinates for MEP Netwoks.
Prepare / Revised and Edit piping lay-outs such as MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and VRD networks (Road Leveling, Synthesis, Water supply Network \{Irrigation, Firewater, Potable, Chilled water\}, Drainage/sewerage network, External lightings, landscape).
Prepare, Draft & establish lay-outs and divide general drawing to shop drawing with specific trades for approval to authorities/superiors.
Revised and edit previously designed shop drawings as per contractor information with reference to site conditions and coordinate to the superiors/in-charge of construction team for design shop drawing revisions.
Produce/provide 2Dimension and 3Dimensional drawing / presentation for mechanical construction of plumbing for contractor with relation to external work. (if possible for clarification of details and approval).
Assists in preparation of design quantities, estimates, grades, elevations, maps, drawings, profiles, cross-sections, details and other design elements as needed.
Utilized drafting, design and other applicable software for development of drawings, details, notes, quantities and cost estimates.
Assistance to Engineers in preparation of design calculations, measurement of quantities and completion of design drawings.
Provide design and documented detail or documents for co-workers & contractors references.
Update drawings & generate as-built drawings based on standards.
Provide such further assistance to the design team as may be required from time to time.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Reports directly to the Operation Manager as per operation is concerned.
Coordinate and communicate to the client, agent/account executive as project design and presentation proposal, approval and revision.
Perform presentation drawings, 2d, 3d, images of proposal as new designing of project, base from existing.
As project is approved, do some route sheet or workshop drawings based on approved presentations.
Coordinate co-workers (supervisor, leadman, and fabricator) at machine shop about: material used, detail of items.
Updating drawing of items as per shipped/delivered items.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Reports directly to the Operation Manager and Marketing for scheduling.
Responsible in all work schedule about installation, repairs of office furniture (tables and chairs) and office partitions. (Melamine & Fabric type partitions)
Per deim in-charge of installer for out of town and cebu area.
Responsible in relaying job to the installer (8 skilled workers) whether out of town, cebu area and aftersales
Monitor, assist and instruct installer in troubleshooting site problems.
Inspect the output and see to it that it fits company’s quality and standards.
Coordinates company account executive in aftersales arrangement, coordination’s and repairs.
Responsible in coordinating clients about installation and aftersales of office tables and partitions (office system).
Produce reports on project assessment, project troubleshooting and installer completion.
Design office layouts as per client’s requests and or their personal reason as additional.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Reports directly to the PED Supervisor / PRD Manager.
Coordinate to the designer, PRD personnel (full-size In-charge) and Supervisor, and to the PED staff / Production staff.
Make full-size drawing based on sketch then perform and apply construction details.
If drawing were done by freelance, enlarge and print for checking to company owner.
Produce 2D and 3D drawing / presentation.
Produce route sheet / components parts / cutting list of such items.
Coordinate to the PRD personnel and supply full-size and cutting list/BOM, then assist and instruct the carpenter about drawing outline.
Update full-size basing in shipped items for sampling to furniture show.
Coordinate to the production in releasing 2D and 3D drawing as per shipped items.
Perform and supply full-size drawings and essential documents to the BOM staff and production.
Reproduce outlines / details from full-size to jig and pattern maker.
Release workshop drawing based on updated full-size, and provide images/picture for reference in producing items (only if in clarification).
Supply full-size details (carving) through the supervisor for the carving detailer.
Supply outline / details from full-size to jig and pattern maker.
Supply BLADE profile to the machinery profiler.
Supply full-size to the machinery and to the assembly department.
Provide a revision notice addressed to all concerned departments if revisions takes place.
Provide the documented file needed by the production staff and employee for the future references.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Tool and Die set technician and manufacturing power press line in-charge.
In-charge in troubleshooting die-set punches in machine shop its operation due to misalignment or broken of die set punches.
Dismantling and grinding of punches, and see to it that the lifespan of the die set is maintained
Work from blueprints, sketches, or computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM)
Set up, operate, and disassemble manual, automatic, and computer-numeric-controlled (CNC) machine tools
Programs CADCAM using VISICAM 3d Machining rel. 10, SOLIDWORKS, MASTERCAM software for making tool cutters.
Operates CNC machine and conventional machine like Wirecut, Lathe machine, Milling machine, Power saw, Planer and surface grinders.
Align, secure, and adjust cutting tools and workpieces for cutting material.
Turn, mill, drill, shape, and grind machine parts according to specifications.
Measure, examine, and test completed products of Die set.
Smooth the surfaces of parts or products of machine items.

Operates machine such as:
Power press machine ( 30 tons, 50 tons, 100 tons ), Shearing machine, bending machine
