Provide support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials and various other issues. Assist in the day-to-day operation of the department.
Establish and maintain computer records, including recruitment files and tests, general files and other information on sick leave, payroll, vacation pay, attendance cards, and hourly time records; maintain confidential employee.
Ensure and Verify paycheck amounts to payroll register.
Operate payroll system and provide support and clarifications to employees when requested.
Used accounting software for credit and debit entries, while maintaining the accuracy of all financial reporting.
Post the details of the invoice in the computer software and the expected date of payment against it. Inputting, matching, batching and coding of invoices. In case of inability to make payment, inform the vendor to get the credit period extended.
Managed the payments made by the company to vendors, compared and verified the records and bills of vendors and issued payments.
Maintained records of all payments made, ensured the accuracy of the amounts entered in the records and invoices of the firms.
Assist in the day-to-day operation of the Human Resource department
Produce salary certificates, control holidays, medical leaves, and attendance of every employee adjusting monthly wages accordingly.
Responsible for petty cash handling, prepares petty cash reports, coordinates with concerned operational staff for the petty cash re-imbursement.
Schedules and makes necessary arrangements for Cheque payments & Bank transfers
Prepares monthly timesheets for the employees.
Preparing indemnity / final settlement as per the Kuwait labor law.
Adheres to payroll policies & procedures & compiles with relevant law.
Performs the distribution of wages through issuance of paper cheques or direct transfers to employee’s bank accounts.
Manage company benefits (medical insurance, flight tickets if any, etc.) and visas for employees.

Maintain confidential filling system for correspondence, policies, standards, regulations and various matters related to the office
Expert in Human Resources Policies and Procedure. Good Knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law.
