Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance Manage agenda / travel arrangements / appointments for the upper management.
• Oversee the daily workflow of the department
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR
• Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
• Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work
• Executes plans, policies, and programs in business and financial affairs, property and equipment, supplies, housekeeping, stores, buildings, and grounds maintenance
• Daily Meeting with CEO for the discussion of company affairs
• Manage travel reimbursement
• Note electricity meter reading on daily basis
• Maintain attendance record of employees
• Manage leave records of employees
• Organize and arrange events
• Manage monthly grocery for whole office
• Assign and manage duties of labor department ADMIN OFFICER
• Manage employee’s vehicle parking details
• Maintain the record of vendors for purchasing
• Manage petty cash
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Keep an eye on the whole supply process
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Manage assets & inventory on bluetally platform
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and supplier
• Visit office to inspect cleanness
• Observe office staff timely and report to the higher management
