-communicate all issues that affect the store, internal and external customers
-handle customer complains/ concerns

-handle customer complains and feedback
-head document controller of the company
-head Quality Management System Auditor (ISO 9001:2000)
-facilitate training and workshop for ISO auditor and document controllers
-create, review and revise company procedures, standards and forms
-performs any other duties deemed necessary by the management
