Responsible for inspection and testing of various lifting equipment’s such as Mobile Crane, Gantry cranes, Tower cranes, EOT Crane, Forklift, Man lift, Side Boom Crane, Base mounted winches.
Responsible for inspection and testing for all types of MEWP equipment’s.
Responsible for inspection and testing of permanent and temporary suspended access personnel platforms.
Responsible for inspection and testing of below the hook lifting devices and rigging hardware.
Responsible for inspection and testing of earth moving machinery.
Responsible for inspection and testing of elevators and escalators.
Responsible for assessment of operators for earth machinery, mewp.
Responsible for training and assessment of riggers and scaffolders.
Reporting to the management team and maintaining the record of inspections
•Responsible for all lifting equipment and lifting
gears inspection on various oil and gas fields in SAUDI
ARABIA
•Responsible for inspecting slings and shackles
according to SAUDI ARAMCO GI’s and ASME
standards.
•Involved in the load testing and proof load testing of
various lifting equipments i.e. baskets, winches, hoists
etc.
•Inspection of hooks, eyebolts, turnbuckles, rigging
screws, snatch blocks, sheave wheels etc as per ASME
standards.
• Inspection of baskets, offshore containers and their
accessories according to their specific standards.
•Inspection of overhead beams as per the standards
applied.
•Witness and supervise all pre-job inspection activities
relate to service contractors equipment.
•Progress monitoring for surface preparation & painting
with its complete record.
•Reporting to top management, both in terms of
effectiveness and areas that need improvement.
•Inspection of fork lift (forks, boom, bucket)
• Inspection of air winches, hydraulic winches, personnel
lifting equipments.
•Inspection of BOP hoist winches on rig site with third
party approved inspector.
•Inspection of all types of Mobile cranes, forklift, Wheel
loader.
• Maintaining quality control records in support of
activities in area of responsibility.
•Performing Magnetic particle inspection, Dye
penetrates inspection on the some of the required
lifting gears.
•Coordinate with the third party firms.
•Preparing the service quality plan
•Maintaining the documentations of lifting inspection
report
