Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the labor accommodations for the companys workforce, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and safety standards.
• Developed and implemented policies and procedures to improve living conditions for the workers.
• Conducted regular inspections of the facilities to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards were being met.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the accommodations, including allocating rooms, overseeing maintenance, and managing security.
• Communicated with employees regularly to address concerns and suggest improvements.
• Arrange transportation for different project sites daily.
• Arrange transportation from the site to the company main store and suppliers.
• Arrange Supply of Portable Drinking Water in case of Municipal water shortage & Sewage Removal arrangements and maintaining the record on daily trips.
• Implement rules of the Ministry of Health (MOH), Ministry of Labors (MOL) & and Baladiya Regulations relating to Labor Camp & Staff Accommodation to avoid any penalties.
• Make sure the quality of life in Labor Camp and staff Accommodation as per Ministry.
• Coordinate with the Camp Bosses and report to the Logistics Manager on daily basis.
• Assist Logistics Manager in all Daily Tasks.
• Ensure that there is coordination between all sections and divisions of the department.
• Maintain all documents and tracking of all daily tasks.
• Making petty cash in company portal for different invoices like oil change, fuel, battery, etc.
• Making memo for different expenses like rental equipment, rental vehicles, vehicles repairing.
• Monthly report for changing oil, battery, tires etc.
• Monthly report of fuel consumption.
• Updating vehicles kilometers on the base of fuel invoices.
• Arrange appointment and send vehicles for yearly inspection.
• Coordinate with vehicles maintenance supervisor in case of any repairing.
• Monthly inspection of the company vehicles.
• Monthly GPS tracking report of the company vehicles.
• Memo for the monthly expenses like Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Traffic Fine to submit in accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Arrange transportation for sites and check on them daily basis
• Arrange transportation from site to company main store, and suppliers
• Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems
• Experienced in multi-drop transport management
• Managing all supply chain activities
• Handling a big group of cleaners, labors & helpers.
• Inspections of Camps Hygiene.
• Allocation of bed space and bedding materials, and
laundry of the tenants.
• To provide proper Health care, Hygiene sanitary
conditions, Food, Water and other basic requirements.
• Monitoring the laborers closely and have strict
regulations in terms of illicit activities and Misbehavior.
• To control spread of infections and communicable/
contagious diseases.
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly activity reports.
• Safety Induction Training to the newly joined
employees.
• Arrange Supply of Portable Drinking Water in case of
Municipal water shortage & Sewage Removal
arrangements and maintaining the record on daily trips.
Laundry:
• Undertake daily Laundry movement.
• Maintenance of Laundry Machinery.
Mess:
• Checking daily man days and prepare monthly
statements.
• Observations of food timings.
• Observations of kitchen’s hygiene and sanitation.
• Observations of personal hygiene of food handlers and
cooks.
• Menu observations.
