Recruitment: Sourcing profiles, initial screening, scheduling interviews, preparation of offer letters and compensation break-ups.
Joining and Induction: Design a structured Induction program for all new joiners and responsible for their orientation and induction. (Also prepared an Induction manual with process details)
Time Office Management: Leave and attendance record, Payroll Inputs

Training :
On the job induction for new recruits for quick integration into their functions
Preparation of Training Need Analysis Plan
Development of Training Calendar for the year
Collation of training feedback
Performance Appraisal :
Initiating Quarterly Performance appraisal followed by annual review & rewarding
Appraisal Process follow-up and co-ordination, preparation of increment plan and increment letters.
Employee Relation Activities :
Handling Employee grievances
Mentoring and counseling employees
Involve people for various activities like National Festival celebrations, Sports & cultural activities & other Welfare activities.
