Projects: Kuwait Oil Company’s Water Management Project at Gathering Centers -GC’s 3, 4, 7, 21 & Remote Header Manifold Project.
Executed the procurement of various Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation and Mechanical packages worth 100 million USD for EPC Projects. Performed daily operations of department, including planning controlling, and streamlining operations to support project completion. Executed orders along with vendor management, negotiation, commercial management, expediting, and internal collaboration with relevant departments by employing all compulsory post-award administration and follow-up till the completion of all Engineered packages and it get installed successfully at site.
Project: Detailed Engineering & Procurement of Jamnagar-3, Offsites & Utilities Expansion Project with Bechtel France SAS & RIL Special Task Force.
Managed to conclude engineering & procurement activities for Jamnagar-3 refinery expansion project. Developed datasheets, technical bid evaluations (TBE), and material requisition for numerous instrumentation items. Evaluated vendor print documents and approvals to facilitate engineering clearance.
Project: Engineering, Procurement & Construction of raffinate/reformate storage and distribution facilities- Utilities & Off plot Project, SABIC(IBN-RUSHD), tank gauging (64 tanks), DCS and replacement of auxiliary control systems such as VMS, BMS at Yanbu Refinery, Saudi Aramco.
Performed duties of engineer with Project team (Sabic & Aramco Projects) such as material requisition development, technical bid review, and RFQ delivery to vendors and subcontractors, evaluated vendor documents for instruments, valves, and packages to ensure compliance. Developed reports for management to track performance and increase accountability. Prepared and highlighted technical queries in drawings, specifications, and BOQ to clarify concerns. Co-ordinated with stakeholders, such as consultants, vendors, and third parties to discuss delivery schedules, scope of work, best prices, and final terms & conditions.
Project : HMEL Refinery (JV of HPCL and Mittal Energy Pte Ltd); project scope under L&T is setting up seven process units, comprising Diesel Hydrotreater Unit, Delayed Coker Unit, Vacuum gas oil Hydrotreater unit, FCC unit, Polypropylene unit, LPG unit, and two 44000 TPA capacity Hydrogen generation units for HMELs grassroots refinery in Punjab.
Performed duties of engineer in construction division, such as routine area surveillance of instrumentation operations. Established field inspection and testing procedures for E&I with assistance of various key persons involved in project completion. Prepared daily and monthly reports for management review, Inspection, and assessment of calibration, test equipment, calibration arrangements, and calibration reports of all kinds of field instruments as well as safety valves. Co-ordinated and troubleshot loop checking and loop folder preparation in multiple refinery process units. Collaborated with vendor representative for special instruments/systems, checking/commissioning, reinstatement, and punch list clearance to enable instruments/systems ready for commissioning. Oversaw daily reporting, such as safety, progress, schedule, delivery of materials issues, transport, labour, and all resources, influencing Project Engineers/Managers.
