• Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Offshore and Onshore instrumentation systems.
• Installation and maintenance equipments of Well head, Production Separators, Export and storage systems, HIPPS, Gas compressors, Water Injection systems, Boilers, desalination packages, F&G and Emergency shutdown system.

• Installation & Commissioning of MPFM Framo/ Schlumberger Phase Watcher, Baker CAC WHCP.
• Installation commissioning and maintenance of different verities of electronic SMART and pneumatic transmitters like DP, magnetic, ultrasonic, venture, integral orifice, turbine, coriolis flow meters, radar, ultrasonic, servo, magnetostrictive level meters, Multivariable transmitters, temperature transmitters with RTD/Thermocouple.
• Experience in F&G controller systems, HC gas detectors, Flame sensors MCP, UV/IR Fire Detectors, Fusible plugs and deluge valve installation and testing.
• Routine maintenance and trouble shooting of Liquid & gas analyzers all over 12 different locations of Kuwait ministry of Electricity and water. Installation, commissioning and maintenance of all kind of analyzers and GCs.
• Experience in laboratory test equipments Dead weight tester, Hydraulic, Pneumatic pressure calibrator - GE-Druck, Fluke 707, Temperature- Eurotron/ Druck DPI880, temp bath, Scandura, Portable ultrasonic flow meter- GE-Panametrics.
• Control valves maintenance and calibration., Experience in variety of ON/OFF valves, SSV, choke valves and other accessories like position switch, Electronic /Pneumatic positioners, switches, AFR, SOV, ALR, pneumatic and electronic PID controllers.
• Knowledge about Project standards IEC, API, ISA, NFPA .Equipment categories and standards like NEMA, IP, ex, hazardous area classifications.
• Bid evaluation, Tender document preparation and Planning and vendor evaluation. Technical specification preparation, MR, PR & PO preparation. Conducting PRM and TQ evaluation.
• Installation Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of package projects, conducting maintenance & project review, HAZOP & QRA workshops, SIL evaluation.
• Preparing SOP, SMP, Managing manpower effectively and giving training for the Sr. personals & technicians and other discipline engineers.
• Preparing schedules for maintenance planning. Carrying out PM, CFT checks and attending breakdown and shutdown maintenance.
• Prepare and review of instrumentation documents. Review of DBR, Technical Specification, Technical Bid evaluation, QAPs, P&ID, I/O List, Index, Datasheets, GAD, Load list, SLD, sizing calculations, FAT/SAT, Controller architecture.
• Checking and preparing Cause & Effect, SAFE chart control philosophy and logic diagrams. Preparing purchase requisition, Purchase order, Procurement inspection of Instruments and spare management.
• Leads and help crew members as well as participates in the assigned jobs. Lead the technicians in maintenance of field instrumentation and controller systems.
• Prepare as built drawings for new hook up conducting daily /weekly meeting with other operation heads and leads to discuss next day and scheduled activities. Maintenance of portable equipments and calibrators. Maintain good housekeeping.
Recruited for the site management of instrumentation & control jobs includes construction, commissioning and for the maintenance of NOCL refinery tank farm instrumentation systems for a BOOT period of 20 years. To lead a group Engineers and Sub contractors for the trouble free activities like installation, commissioning & maintenance
• Along with the technical assistance the other duties include manpower handling, project pre planning, Quality assurance and quality management, preparing PM schedules, DPR, FAT and SAT reports, MOM, and AMCs. Preparation and evaluation of the scope of work, contract evaluation and tendering, HAZOP study, questionnaire review and responding, Conducting vendor meetings, technical discussion and finalization. Procurement and inspection of procured item, specification preparation and other, analytical instrumentation maintenance, preparing spare list and preparation of project schedules up to the streamline activities.

• Calibration and trouble shooting of pneumatic & smart transmitters, maintenance and calibration of control valves, Gas & Water Analyzers, fiscal metering system maintenance, turbine condition monitoring systems, programming, logic modification and troubleshooting of PLC and DCS, trouble shooting of the I/O issues, hot and cold loop checking, review of instrument drawing, P&ID checkup and Shutdown interlock verification etc.
•Professional Engineering, installation, commissioning and maintenance different types of oil and gas equipments, which includes electronics and pneumatic types of field instruments such as Transmitters, Pressure switches, RTD, Thermocouple, Level troll, Level switches, Control valves, SOV, MOV, Limit switches I/P converters, positioners, mass flow meters, HART communicator, Flare flow meters, Gas detectors and all related work such as cabling, impulse piping, termination loop checking and calibration.
•Experience in the following Analyzers Gas analyzers: - (O2, NOx, SO2, CO2, CO, H2S, Air demand analyzer TOC, Gas Chromatographs, Blending analyzers)
Water analyzers: - (pH, conductivity, Silica, chlorine, Ammonia, DO, Phenol sulfide)

•Working and programming experience in Allen Bradley 5/03 SLC, Siemens S7, Modicon PLCs and Emerson Delta V DCS system. Creating and modifying ladder logic, function block and sequential charts. Hands on experience in SCADA Wonder ware In Touch software. Logic test for DCS/ ESD systems.
• Specification preparation for DCS, PLC, field instruments and local control panels. I/O list preparation, Preparation and review of instrument drawing, P&ID checkup, loop checking, interlock verification and Troubleshooting.
•Other responsibilities includes questionnaire review, technical discussion and finalization, order specification preparation, purchase order placement, procurement and inspection of the procured items, material planning and reservation, plant start-up activities. Preparation of Technical comparatives and daily- monthly reports. Preparation and evaluation of the scope of work and preparation of project schedules to streamline the activities. Preventive, scheduled and shutdown maintenance activities.
