Responsibility:
•Prepare, present and execute business development action plans for specific targets.
• Procure necessary contractors, materials and equipment to support projects, within budget and at the required level of quality.
• Reviews the quality of work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure it meets the project standards.
• Preparation of Tenders and submit offers to the client on behalf of Principals.
• Follow up and co-ordination with clients for pre-qualifying Principals.
• Keeping close contacts and relations maintained with the clients at all levels.

•Company producing extruded polystyrene thermal insulation boards in wide range of densities and thickness. Product is used in all buildings thermal envelop.
•Responsibility: responsible in Production, QC & Plant Maintenance.
- Arranging the day to day production according to sales demand.
- Check, inspect and test incoming materials to ensure they meet project specification requirements.
- Evaluating the company’s product specifications and examining them with customer requirements.
- Inspecting and Verifying the production & quality for its compliance to the International Standards as well project specification.
- Training other quality inspectors and assessing their work performance.
- Supervises the maintenance according to preventive maintenance schedule to keep the machinery in its optimum running condition.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the quality management processes, systems & stds.
- Coordinating entire activities of ISO Quality Management System procedures.
- Internal Auditor of the Company for ISO system.

•Responsibility:
- Production Engineer responsible in Production, QC & Plant Maintenance.
- To check, inspect and test incoming raw materials.
- Implement and control the production schedule according to sales demand.
- Verifying the production parameters, raw material recipe, in-process and final quality tests.
- Monitors work done by outside contractors for adherence to requirements and reports to Technical Manager.
- To comply the maintenance according to preventive maintenance schedule to keep the machinery in its optimum running condition.
- Prepare and maintain production and quality reports.
- Sourcing of spare parts as per requirement of Plant.
