• Develop high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs for interior and exterior design projects.
• Create detailed 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, D5 Render and Photoshop to accurately represent design concepts.
• Translate 2D drawings and sketches into realistic 3D visuals that effectively communicate design intent.
• Produce mood boards, material palettes, and colour schemes for client presentations.
 Interior Design Development
• Conceptualize creative design solutions in line with client requirements and brand identity.
• Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and design development drawings.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment).
 Coordination & Project Management
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Attend client meetings to present concepts, discuss requirements, and obtain approvals.
• Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
 Presentation & Client Interaction
• Develop presentation boards and visual materials for client submissions.
• Communicate design ideas clearly through visual storytelling and technical accuracy.
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions to achieve design satisfaction.
