Overall duties and responsibilities on work site:
•Assisting the Site HSE Manager to ensure the Company policy and Client regulations are fully implemented.
•Improving HSE awareness among all employees using standard training aids such as poster, films, and handouts etc.
•Delivering Induction to new employees, Preparing Weekly HSE statistics report.
•Participating in weekly HSE meetings and formal worksite inspections with site-based employees.
•Performing Risk Assessment for every activity and preparing Job Safety Analysis

•To conduct daily safety toolbox meeting and give new topics on safety rules and regulation.
•To check all work permit, be sure that all manpower start work with validity permit, check if they need fire watch, hole watch or standby man, entry attendant.
•Prepare daily weekly activities report.
•Inspection of all tools, equipment’s and put monthly code if needed.
•Check all PPE’s monitoring the area if materials needed are available.
•Reminding all workers that the safety in the best policy and to target zero accident.
•Ensure all equipment’s used to be grounded prevent static shock.

•Prepare injury reports, maintain required record keeping system and provide adequate documentation on occupational monitoring activities.
