Warehouse Management and Inventory
• Total responsibility of stock status, material handling and logistics.
• Implementation of ERP for proper Material Management (MM) planning & Control (SD) Sales & Distribution.
• Leading a team of supervisors, MHE operators, drivers and contract workers.
• Ensuring FIFO policy, ensuring smooth, efficient and fast supply of goods to customers.
• Ensuring proper arrangement and stacking of goods for maximum utilization of space, easy accessibility and counting.
• Planning, allocation and transfer of goods to stores in co ordination with stores in charges.
• Final checking of goods with Delivery order prior to customer dispatch.

• Updates and modifies the warehouse catalog to reflect current description and specification.
• Verifies Invoices, Delivery Chelan and Declaration statements for material dispatch.
• Supervises in the preparation, receiving and filing of transportation documentation and hazardous material information.
• Maintain company staffs and Contract workers roster for the department and section.
• Verifies timesheet accuracy, timesheet control, submission of recurring reports, contract deliverables and overtime projection time.
• Supervising in determining proper storage methods, identification and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors and physical capabilities of facilities.
• Monitors and maintains Leased Vehicle mileage sheet and rotation rosters.
• Operating ERP (Enterprise Resource planning) Software for stock controlling and inventory functions
• Inspects and reviews all incoming property for proper documentation, classification, and compliance with company policy.
• Ensure proper receipt, documentation, processing, and delivery of all supplies and property.
• Receives and counts stock items and records data manually and using computer.
• Ensure packs and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in warehouse and storage yard.
• Verifies inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigates discrepancies and adjust errors.
• Ensure store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouse and storage yard.
• Cleans and maintains supplies, tools, equipment and warehouse in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Examines and inspects stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to Manager.
• Uses (MHE) Material Handling Equipments and vehicles for warehouse operation.
• Operating (SARSS) Standard Army Retail Supply System for stock control and inventory.
