Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to; photocopying,
faxing, mailing and filing.
Maintaining hard copy and electronic filing system.
Collect and maintain PC inventory.
Maintaining the Warehouse details and archieving the Documents.
Providing purchase and administrative support involving efficient handling of top and confidential agreements.
Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets.
Communicating with regional sales team for status of order and purchasing
materials.
Updating the status of store issues in the database or computer.
Co-ordinating and recponding to all requests of internal material requisitions.
Responsible for handling Customer enquries as well as complaints.
Other duties as assigned.
