ϖ Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Manager.
ϖ Arrange and confirm meetings of General Manager / Owner and prepare the required documents.
ϖ Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes.
ϖ Responsible for travel arrangements and hotel bookings of the General Manager/Owner.
ϖ Meet and greet visitors at all level of Seniority.
ϖ Handle all incoming telephone communications, noting reasons for call and forwarding to appropriate personnel or department.
ϖ Develop and maintain an effective filing system that ensures easy retrieval of HR files.
ϖ Prepare correspondence and documents.
ϖ Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries.
ϖ Monitor order and maintain office supplies inventory.
ϖ Monitor traffic fines for company vehicles.
ϖ Prepare monthly schedule for K-Lynn shops and monitor attendance of all Gulf Mode employees.
ϖ Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
ϖ Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
ϖ Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
ϖ Assist in completing price changes within the department.
ϖ Aid customers in locating merchandise.
ϖ Communicate customer requests to management.
ϖ Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts.
ϖ Receive payment by cash, credit cards or vouchers, issue receipts, refunds or change due to customers and bagging merchandise.
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.
