• Lead Supply chain operations to secure the highest availability of goods at lowest possible cost.

• Secure development and correct usage of long-term logistics capacity in the store according to range frame. This includes space, equipment and people as a part of the total supply chain capacity.
• Identify, recruit and develop the many talents in the store, specifically in the Logistics department, to secure succession planning.

Specific Responsibilities
• Ensures operations are conducted as per the SOP’s and the IMS Procedures in place and reports on any deviations with suggestions, if any, to the Warehouse Manager.
• Follows up regular on inventory transaction to check on discrepancies, non conformities and reports. Daily Coordinates with the Inventory controllers on the micro level for expediting resolving of pending issues. Identify the Root Cause Analysis and Corrective & Preventive Action.
• Promotes safety and ensures preventive maintenance is undertaken on the Material Handling Equipments and the infrastructure is utilized optimally.
• Supervises loading and offloading of shipments and delegates housekeeping tasks regularly for optimum space utilization and maintains an orderly work area.

Provides adequate Root Cause Analysis and Root Cause Analysis for Inspection Reports raised by the QC Team and reports accidents / incidents and follows up on quotes required for submitting insurance claims.
