• Installing Configuring & Maintaining Virtual Servers. (VMware Esxi Hypervisor, VMware vCenter Servers, VMware Connection Servers, VMware Horizon View Administrator, VMware Mirage, Microsoft Server 2008 R2, Microsoft Server 2012, Microsoft SQL server, Microsoft Exchange Server)
• Strong knowledge of N/W troubleshooting, Responsible for maintenance of all the servers, desktops, Thin clients, Zero clients, IPADs, printers and other devices.
• Hands on Experience Windows Server 2008 & 2012 (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
• Providing Remote Desktop support to all Virtual Desktops, Physical Desktops & Laptop users.
• Providing 1st level Support to Virtual Desktops VMware Horizon View Administrator and providing 2nd & 3rd level Support to Enterprise level customers.
• Good Understanding of server hardware such as Cisco, IBM and VXRAIL.
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, VPN, QoS)
• Consulting, planning, implementation & testing system upgrades.
• Monitoring, Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to infrastructure and applications.
• Maintaining and Troubleshooting Symantec Endpoint and Kaspersky.
• Work with different internal/external project management and technical teams to plan, design, and implement phases of System-related initiatives.
