Duties and Responsibilities.
• Project Planning and Design Coordination: Lead the planning and implementation of project objectives, focusing on technical feasibility, project scope, and scheduling. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to design project plans and timelines. Coordinating with technical department for submission of shop drawing and necessary documents
• Budget Management: Prepare, propose, and manage budgets for projects. Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure financial objectives are met. Submitting daily and weekly report
• Quality Control: Implement quality control programs to ensure projects are completed according to the specified standards and specifications. Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
• Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and develop project teams, including engineers, architects, technicians, contractors, and other personnel. Ensure efective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government entities. Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
• Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure eficient and efective project execution.
• Sustainability and Environmental Management: Incorporate sustainable building practices and environmental management strategies into project plans to minimize environmental impact.
• Project Evaluation and Closure: Conduct project evaluations upon completion to assess successes, challenges, and lessons learned. Ensure all contractual and administrative aspects of the project closure are addressed

* Attended all the client and consultant meeting and ensure the construction ongoing under their requirements
