Transferring of fuel from tanker truck to storage tank.
•Move materials, equipment’s and mobile crane to various locations a safe and appropriate manner.
•Attach and detach lifting equipment from the crane’s hoist.
•Select wire rope, synthetic slings, shackles and other rigging gear according to weight and size of load to be moved.
•Operation, Maintenance and Servicing of Generators, light set and Compressors (3 KW to1800 KW). Familiar with Caterpillar, Cummins, Perkins.
•Performs Timely Preventive Maintenance Checks And Services
•Monitor and inspect generators/compressors and indicators to detect evidence of operating problems.
•Make adjustments or minor repairs, such as tightening leaking gland and pipe joints; report any needs for major repairs.
•Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment such as generators, turbines, pumps, and compressors in order to prevent equipment failure or deterioration.
Moving equipment and material.
•To give hand signals to control for various type of crane’s operator.
•Preparing equipment and material for lifting, lashing and securing loads.
•Assemble rigging to properly lift and move equipment or material on/off vessels and trucks
•Perform the proper handling and lifting of rigging equipment.
•Attach and detach lifting equipment from the crane’s hoist.
•Dismantle and store rigging equipment after use
•Loads/Helps Load cargo i.e. Vehicles, crates, Pallets, boxes etc. on trailers in a safe and secure manner
•Ties, chains, straps down loads on trailers.
•Operation & Maintenance on Power Plant, Diesel Generators (Caterpillar, Cummins, FG Wilson and Perkins) & Fuel Equipment’s.
•Monitor and inspect power plant equipment and indicators to detect evidence of operating problems.
•Perform preventive maintenance and trouble shooting of power generators rated 3KW to 2000 KW
•Collect oil, water, and electrolyte samples for laboratory analysis.
•Start or stop generators, auxiliary pumping equipment, turbines, and other power plant equipment, and connect or disconnect equipment from circuits.
•Support and Supervise daily activities of Maintenance Personnel in a cost-effective and efficient manner in the absence of foreman
•Process all required paperwork in a timely manner including Daily plant reports, performance metrics, work schedule, Spare parts stock inventory .etc…
•Maintained the records of all used materials and tools on daily basis.
•Maintain the hazmat and storeroom
•Inspect the running generators periodically and maintain the logbook of the same.
•Preventive maintenance on diesel powered generators and fuel equipment’s to include fuel systems, lubrication systems and cooling systems.
•Preparing the spare parts list and the service report of the work.
•Driving and operating on fork lift and other company vehicles.
•Servicing, Installation, Daily check, Technical inspection and preventive maintenance of Diesel power Generators (6KW to 1500 KW) and Light sets Familiar with US army generators like Cummins, Isuzu, Caterpillar, Perkins, FG Wilson, Mitsubishi etc
•Performs ordering and receiving service and replacement parts for Power Generators
•Coordinating and scheduling regular generator services
•Monitors loads and move/replace generators according to load requirements.
•Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures
•Servicing, Installation, Daily check, Technical inspection and preventive maintenance of Diesel power generators and light sets (3KW to 1500 KW). Familiar with Cummins, Caterpillar, Isuzu, Perkins, Mitsubishi, and Allis Chalmers.
•Performs Timely Preventive Maintenance Checks And Services
•Performs ordering and receiving service and replacement parts for Power Generators
