Project Description: The project is a unique design and build private safari and zoo spread over 1 square kilometer. The value of MEP works is over Dhs 100M.

Key Accomplishments
• Executed the electrical design including a ‘Unique’ Substation design and got it approved by DEWA. (7.9 MW)
• Designed initial scheme for the water filtration and complex waterfall features. (100, 000 m3 of water)
• Independently managed a ‘unique’ MEP design, prepared the specifications - customized as per zoologist/ client requirements.
• Accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantity) prepared to ensure smooth and effective cash flow within the organization.
• Developed feasible infrastructure services including main drainage network within the difficult terrain.
