Accountabilities:
• Manage daily scheduled chocolate processing activities to deliver agreed operational KPI's in terms of Production Plan, Manpower, Quality, NQC, 5's, TRS while ensuring Safety, Food Safety and Zero waste to Landfill
• Plan and Execute Preventive Maintenance on chocolate powder process(Batching and Milling), chocolate making(conching) and Packing machineries/equipments
• Facilitate cross functional teams to conduct Root cause analysis(5-WHY's, Fishbone) on product Quality and equipment reliability issues
• Conduct safety inspection audit on the plant as per SES department directives, close all open action points of safety inspection, Risk assessment, Near miss and report to SES on periodical basis
• Engage the team to drive LEAN manufacturing& Continuous Improvement system through KAIZEN

• Self sufficient in Trouble shooting and Root cause analysis of Raw's batching process, Powder processing, Conching, Transferring and storage system equipments Electrical and Mechanical issues
• Control measures and Corrective actions of Yield, Nodule, and Moisture on Chocolate
• Manpower management of 2 Associate and 15 contractors in Packaging line
• Effective participation in various product trials with R&D and Engineering team
