● Reporting to CEO & Responsible for Assisting VP products, TCM in Project/Product Management, innovations, Project scoping &

management & Advise Production team for process improvement and to drive cost reduction opportunities.
● Mitigate risks and close audit points if any, on the applications and processes.
● Responsible for Release activities by coordinating with Release Management teams, Stakeholders & development teams in
terms of Defect fixes and weekly release cycles.
● Arrange and provide technical support documents, assessments, and reports from Vendors and stake holders to Business
team for their review, understanding and Project finalization.
● Project Management, Project tracking, On-going Project status update, Dashboard reporting to higher management etc using
Confluence, Jira, Kanban board Monitoring of SLAs & KPIs.
● Understanding of Project requirements & GAP analysis as part of testing and quality assurance of products.
● Project Management for Payment System and integrated FRM module with stakeholders like, Operational, Credit, Settlement &
Market Risk departments.
● Propose technical recommendations and enhancements by participating in the business meetings for detailed analysis and
design of the expected systems with vendors or internal teams.
● Provide periodic reports and monthly updates on the ongoing initiatives to business and Higher Management.
● Rollouts of Payments & Risk Management modules by coordinating with vendors, business users and other stake holders &
Raising CRs and follow-ups and arrange the sign off from stakeholders.
● DR documents reviews and maintenance of the same documents with signoffs for all assigned systems, perform DR rehearsals in
coordination with IT Service & business Continuity team.
● Follow-up with service teams/vendors for support issues and respond quickly to service tickets in a timely manner
